Saving Render Presets in DaVinci Resolve: A Step-by-Step Guide
Render presets in DaVinci Resolve save time by allowing you to quickly apply frequently used export settings. Here's how to create, export, and import render presets.
1. Navigate to the Deliver Section:
Open the Deliver tab and configure your desired settings, such as resolution, frame rate, and subtitle options.
2. Save as a New Preset:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the render settings panel.
- Select Save as New Preset.
- Name your preset and click OK.
Your preset now appears on the left-hand side of the render settings.
1. Update or Delete a Preset:
- Click the three dots next to your preset.
- Select Update Preset to make changes or Delete Preset to remove it.
2. Export a Preset:
- Select Export Preset, choose a location, and save the preset as an XML file.
3. Import a Preset:
- On another device, click the three dots and choose Import Preset.
- Locate the XML file and click Open.
